Montreal is a city that allows us to be submerged in so many different cultures, which is the thing I love the most! In March, we were so lucky to be part of a wonderful celebration that is Kelly and Olivier’s Moroccan Jewish wedding.
Their henna party happened a few days before the Jewish ceremony and it took us to an authentic Arabian night at the Or Shalom Synagogue. The room full of colourful details, the delicious Moroccan food, the couple’s amazing typical clothes, everything was so well brought together to make this evening memorable. But what we noticed the most, was the love shared by the beautiful couple, who could not keep their eyes away from each other.
Almost a week later, we met again, and this time it was early in the morning to document their official wedding day. From the start, we had the opportunity to photograph so many special and emotional moments such as Kelly’s dad seeing her in her wedding dress for the very first time. Kelly looked absolutely stunning and could not wait to be married to the love of her life. Olivier arrived at her father’s house and they had their first look surrounded by family and closest friends, which brought everyone to tears.
From the beautiful traditional ceremony to the amazing party, everything about this day was unforgettable and we were so happy to be able to photograph one the most special days of their lives. Kelly and Olivier, thank you for choosing us to capture your gorgeous wedding!
